INJURY & SURGICAL REHAB
Get back to the activities you love with rehabilitation tailored to your sport and goals. We focus on strength, flexibility, balance, and movement control to support your recovery and prepare you for the demands of your activity.
SPORTS REHAB
Build confidence in your balance and everyday movement with care tailored to your needs. Your treatment plan may include balance exercises, walking training, and vestibular rehabilitation to address dizziness and unsteadiness.
BALANCE & VESTIBULAR REHAB
Hands-on care tailored to your needs and comfort. Your treatment may include soft tissue massage, cupping, or joint and spinal mobilization or manipulation as part of your personalized therapy plan.
MANUAL THERAPY
Dry needling uses thin needles to target specific muscles as part of your treatment plan. Your therapist will explain the approach, answer your questions, and determine whether it fits your needs and recovery goals.
DRY NEEDLING
Personalized pelvic floor care for women in a supportive, respectful setting. Your therapist will listen to your concerns, discuss your goals, and develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs and comfort. Available at our Paducah location only.
WOMEN’S PELVIC FLOOR THERAPY
Your personalized care may also include cervical or lumbar traction, therapeutic ultrasound, or TENS. Your therapist will select treatment options based on your needs and goals.
