Dr. Jeremy is a West Kentucky local. Growing up in Graves County, Jeremy understands the guiding principles of family and faith that make our community great. Jeremy graduated from the University of Kentucky School of Physical Therapy in 2008 with his Masters in Physical Therapy. In 2010 he pursued more education and earned his doctorate in Physical Therapy. 

It has been Dr. Jeremy's long time dream to return to Western Kentucky and serve the community he knows and loves with his own Physical Therapy clinic. He has a passion for what he does and wants to provide the best possible physical therapy to his hometown area. Dr. Jeremy has spent countless hours of research and studying to ensure that when you choose CORE Physical Therapy you are receiving the highest level of care available. 

Dr. Jeremy is a proud father of two boys, Braden and Jeryn, and a lucky husband to Kristin. His wife occasionally helps in the clinic and does a lot of the behind the scenes work. When Dr. Jeremy is not serving patients, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports with his sons, and the great outdoors.
